Online training for CGSLRM cadre on remote data collection

Our team trained 16 of the Chhattisgarh Rural Livelihoods Mission cluster level federation (CLF) cadre on remote data collection, to monitor continuity of Swabhimaan activities. This is part of our efforts to monitor processes, and gain a field perspective on the impact of the COVID-19 on field activities. 

The cadre were trained on administering the online questionnaire and using the android based application for data collection. They will collect data on activities for Village Organisation level cadre. This work builds upon previous efforts for telephone-based monitoring of Swabhimaan activities which we have documented here. Findins of the data collection process will be shared with block, district and state level staff to enable corrective action and provide capacity building support where required.
